Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for Buyr Flow subscriptions. Because Dodo Payments is our Merchant of Record, all refunds are initiated and processed by Dodo Payments.
1. Who Processes Refunds
Dodo Payments is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for your orders. As such, Dodo Payments handles all billing and refund requests. To request a refund, contact Dodo Payments support directly or reach out to us and we will escalate the request to Dodo Payments on your behalf.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Buyr Flow, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided your research credit usage during that period does not exceed 20% of your plan's monthly allocation.
Refunds under this guarantee are at our discretion and are processed back to the original payment method via Dodo Payments. The guarantee applies to your first purchase only and does not apply to renewals.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun, except where required by law. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to the service until the end of the paid period, and the unused portion is not refunded unless a valid legal right to a refund applies.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, include your account email and the transaction details shown on your Dodo Payments receipt. We aim to respond to refund requests within five business days.
Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: research credits already consumed, add-on purchases that have been used, and any charges arising from fraudulent or abusive use of the service.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, which may entitle you to a refund in circumstances beyond those described here.
