Dodo Payments is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for your orders. All payments for Buyr Flow subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for all orders, handles checkout, billing, and tax compliance, and is the party to your purchase contract for any paid plan.

Dodo Payments will appear on your payment card or bank statement as the merchant. Any billing, payment, refund, or tax-related inquiries regarding a purchase should be directed to Dodo Payments' support team in the first instance.

By creating an account or using Buyr Flow, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are acting.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account details current.

You agree to use Buyr Flow only for lawful prospecting and business research purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and anti-spam legislation.

You must not:

• Use the service to send unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable law;
• Attempt to access, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service's infrastructure or underlying data sources;
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute research outputs in bulk to third parties as a competing service;
• Use the service to discriminate against, harass, or harm any individual or business.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Plan pricing, included research credits, and feature limits are described on our pricing page. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal after the notice.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting Dodo Payments support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.

Buyr Flow generates prospect research and analysis using automated tools and third-party data sources. Outputs may include AI-generated interpretations that are estimates, not guarantees of fact.

You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it. We do not warrant that research outputs are complete, accurate, or up to date, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on them.

Buyr Flow and its original content, features, and design are the property of Buyr Flow and its licensors. Research outputs provided to you may be used for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buyr Flow and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us through Dodo Payments in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, liability, and these Terms themselves — remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new 'Last updated' date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Dodo Payments' merchant of record obligations where they concern payments.
